what ACI members experience at the camp. For those of you have never been to a
Training Camp, this is a great opportunity to learn some new techniques and to
see what an ACI Training Camp consists of. For the members that were there, I
think this is a great keepsake and an opportunity to observe yourself in
training and to learn by watching yourself and others. This video is worth it
just to see one of our instructors in action against an attacker in a bullet
suit. Dr. Nardi in his editing shows this segment first in real time, then in
slow motion which shows the effectiveness of his strikes.
